Hunter

As you leave Sydney towards the north, then you leave the Central Coast, as well, you find yourself in the Hunter. The Hunter Valley or the Newcastle Region is often simply called Hunter, and to absolutely no one’s surprise it contains the Hunter River and its tributaries and highland areas.

The Hunter Valley is one of the largest river valleys on the New South Wales coast, and it’s famous for wineries. I also love it because of Port Stephens, wild dolphins and an endless number of leisurely canoeing. Excited? Let’s see the best of Hunter:
